First Friday: After Hours Poet

Join us for extended hours at the Museum on the First Friday of every month! Admission is free for New Mexico residents from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Get in the Valentine’s Day spirit early this First Friday. William Curius, of the Poem Store in Taos, New Mexico, will be in the Galleries with his Remington typewriter. On-the-spot poems will be written for all First Friday attendees, a great Valentine’s Day present for your First Friday date!

Red stroke, that starts a third of the way up the left side of the paper, curls in and continues vertical, stopping before the edge of the paper. Another red stroke begins in the middle of the curve of the first stroke and curves downward, and then continues to the edge of the paper. A singular red circle is in the middle of the paper, above the red curving stroke.
