About Art to G.O.
Discover the Art to G.O., the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum’s mobile creativity studio, bringing enriching art-making experiences to communities across New Mexico, especially those with limited access to arts programming. Our mission is to use art for storytelling, learning, and community bonding, supporting and enhancing existing community efforts. Launched in Spring 2023, this mobile studio offers engaging activities for all ages, with free visits for nonprofits and public service organizations.
What It Does
A visit from the Art to G.O. truck is uniquely tailored to each community, offering fun and interactive art-making sessions at festivals and school events, or immersive workshops with local artists. We provide free, hands-on art workshops at community centers and libraries, making art accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Our focus is on integrating art into everyday life and supporting local artists across New Mexico, ensuring art is accessible to all, no matter where you are.
